Kalyan Grand - a business hotel

The hotel is clean, modern and well-maintained. Aircon in bedrooms is powerful and effective. We found the staff very helpful and they went out of their way to look after us. They changed our sterling into rupees at full market rate quickly and efficiently. We would commend staff member Nandini for her attention to us as guests, but all her colleagues were great. We thought the food was good, and we very much enjoyed dhosa and idli for breakfast. We thought the suite we stayed in was very good value for money, with lots of space in the bedroom, seating area and bathroom. Our laundry was done very efficiently and to a high standard. Vandalur zoo is very near and worth a visit for the elephants alone. We hope to return.

I feel very at home here. it’s my second time and I look forward to returning. The hotel is small enough that I feel they know me and it’s comfortable. It’s very clean and has amenities that I want All minutes away from each other. The dining room is convenient as is the bar in the spa and the wonderful front desk people. The staff here is outstandingly friendly and personable. And helpful. The location is very close to where I come for work so it is extremely convenient for me as well.

I really like the staff here, and it is great value for the money. The location is perfect for my business situation. Jasmine, at the front desk, is exceptionally helpful and professional, but everyone is very friendly and helpful. I feel so comfortable here. The restaurant has very good food. If you can manage the best rooms, you will be pleased.

Everything was fantastic except the staff. Other than Ms. Jasmine (Front Office Executive) all other staff are not so courteous, which needs improvement. Rest it’s an excellent property with good facilities.
